Meerhof residence, Tallinn, Estonia

Daikin VRV 2 x 100kW.

Meerhof – Pirita tee 26 is a 9-storey apartment building designed by Henno Sillaste and Sander Aas. Apartments are designed in such a way, that every apartment has a sea view; apartments are mainly bigger and more luxurious than average. Situated on the ground floor of the building is a spacious foyer with the access to all apartments.

Three sides of the building feature balconies in the shape of a continuous wave, which dominate the building’s appearance. Considering the sensitive location – near the Flower Pavillion and surrounded by greenery with high dendrological value – the aim is to build within certain limits (i.e. to build light and airy), thus the white concrete balconies are supported by console brackets instead of piers.

The construction of Meerhof is to begin in summer/autumn of 2013 and to be completed in the beginning of 2015.
